  • Maintenance & Repairs: We have a trusted network of maintenance professionals, from licensed plumbers to skilled electricians, who are on-call to address any issues. All maintenance and repair work is always approved by you beforehand.

What are your property management rental rates?

Our management fees are 15%. Period.

Any additional costs, such as maintenance or repairs, are always pre-approved by you before any work is done. We provide a clear monthly statement detailing all revenue and expenses, so you always have full visibility and control over your finances.

How do I know my property is being well-maintained?

We take a proactive approach to property maintenance to ensure your investment stays in excellent condition. To give you complete peace of mind, we conduct a thorough video inspection every 6-8 weeks.

During this inspection, we create a detailed report that highlights any items that need attention, from minor wear and tear to potential issues that should be addressed. This ensures you are always fully informed about the state of your property and can make decisions based on our professional recommendations.

Are there any hidden fees or additional charges?

Our billing is completely transparent, and we do not have any hidden rental management fees. While many companies have a similar standard, we believe in being fully upfront about all costs.

We charge a one-time onboarding fee of $450. This fee is a valuable investment in your property’s success and covers a full suite of services to ensure a seamless launch:

  • Professional Write-up: We create a detailed property write-up and an optimized listing setup across all major booking platforms to maximize visibility and revenue.
  • In-person Visit: We conduct a personal, in-depth visit to your property to get to know it firsthand.
  • Inventory & Suggestions: We perform a complete inventory of the unit and provide necessary suggestions to optimize its appeal and functionality for guests.
  • Initial Stacking: We handle the initial stocking of the apartment with all essentials so you don’t need to be present, ensuring the property is fully prepared and guest-ready from day one.

When and how do I receive my rental income?

We believe in putting you in control of your finances. We issue daily payouts directly to you. You will receive your rental income the next day after a guest has checked in. This ensures you have full and immediate control over your earnings, rather than waiting for an end-of-the-month payout
